WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR VISIT
With each patient, my goal is to integrate the latest science-backed therapeutic approaches with the unique experiences, needs, and values that patients and their families bring to therapy. We will work together to identify and target self-defeating patterns and remove the barriers that have been preventing a return to health and happiness. With support, small changes applied consistently can lead to life-altering results.

I specialize in treating and assessing children and adolescents with a wide range of presenting issues including depression, anxiety, anger-management, self-harm & suicidality, family- , peer- and school-difficulties, and problematic media usage.
